Indie-pop group will play a string of shows this December

Blossoms have announced a UK tour for December. Presale tickets go on sale 9am Wed 25 Jul. General sale tickets are available from 9am Fri 27 Jul.

The indie-pop group will take to the road later this year for a string of UK shows. The five-piece, made up of members Tom Ogden (lead vocals, guitar), Charlie Salt (bass, synthesizer, backing vocals), Josh Dewhurst (lead guitar, percussion), Joe Donovan (drums) and Myles Kellock (keyboards, synthesizer, backing vocals) formed in 2013 in Stockport.

The group have been on the scene since making the BBC's Sound Of New Music list for 2016. Blossoms released their self-titled debut album in 2016 which was well received, being nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2017. Hits include 'Charlemagne', 'There's A Reason Why' and 'Getaway'. Their latest album Cool Like You came out earlier this year.

The nine-date tour kicks off on Mon 3 Dec at Glasgow's O2 Academy, including two nights in Manchester at Victoria Warehouse before ending at Brixton's O2 Academy on Thu 13 Dec.
