We Are Scientists announce Come On Get Huffy tour, UK dates for 2021

The New York band will perform in Sheffield, Glasgow, Liverpool and more
US rockers We Are Scientists have announced a tour in support of their new album Huffy, with UK dates in 2021. Tickets for the upcoming tour will be available in a limited pre-sale from 9am on Wednesday 7 July, before going on general sale at 9am on Friday 9 July.
We Are Scientists dominated the alternative rock scene in the 2000s, with the spiky guitars and witty lyrics of their debut album With Love and Squalor gaining major chart success and shifting 100,000 units in its first six months of release. Huffy is the duo's first album for three years and is set to be released on 8 October. Band member Keith Murray describes their first single from the album, 'Contact High', as 'unambiguously romantic.'
''Contact High' really nails that heady rush of full-throttle infatuation for me,' he continues. 'It evokes my trifecta of mood-altering stimuli — dizzying romantic interaction, rousing music, and second-hand contact with psychoactive chemicals (in descending order of personal preference).'
