Indie rockers will play in London, Birmingham and more
Sunny American indie rockers The War On Drugs have announced live shows in 2022 for the UK. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday 23 July.
The band also announced new album I Don't Live Here Anymore, which will come out on October 29. They've described it as an 'uncommon rock album about one of our most common but daunting processes—resilience in the face of despair.'
Speculation on a new album has mounted on social media over the past few months after the owner of a barn somewhere in the US posted a photo of the band and wrote, 'Fun film shoot in our barn today for an upcoming album release by Adam Granduciel, and his band, The War On Drugs.'
Their last album A Deeper Understanding was released in 2018 and went on to win that year's Grammy for Best Rock Album.
