The UK's most successful LGBTQ+ club night will play its largest event yet on New Year's Eve
Sink The Pink, the UK's largest LGBTQ+ club night, has announced its biggest event yet with a New Year celebration at London's SSE Arena on Friday 31 December. Tickets for the event go on sale at 9am on Friday 20 August.
Founded in 2008, Sink The Pink began as a way to shake up club nights across the UK and legendary parties, live performances and immersive productions featuring drag queens, dancers, DJs and A-list celebrity guests.
The nights have since become a global sensation, performing in Sao Paolo, Australia, Berlin, and selling out London venues like Brixton Academy and the Roundhouse in hours. They have previously collaborated with acts as diverse as Little Mix, Pink, Melanie C and Years & Years, along with a variety of international brands and charities who support equality.
Glyn Fussell, co-founder of Sink The Pink, says, 'It feels like there has never been a more important time to throw a huge Sink the Pink party.
'The pandemic has had devastating effects on our industry and our community have really struggled without LGBTQ+ venues and safe spaces to connect. We're lucky that we're able to return with our biggest show yet, bringing our queer community together to celebrate once again. Expect the unexpected and start planning those lewks!'
