Roger Daltrey announces solo tour dates for winter 2021: how to get tickets

The Who frontman will play Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and more
The Who frontman and erstwhile actor Roger Daltrey has announced a solo tour this November and December. Tickets for the performances go on sale at 9am on Friday 10 September.
Daltrey has promised a 'musical journey through my career' in his Who Was I? tour, which features dates in London, Brighton, Oxford and more across 12 dates.
Daltrey says of the tour, 'Throughout my life I have sung with so many great musicians, from the heavy rock of The Who and Wilko Jonson, to the Irish lilt of The Chieftains. On this tour I want to take the audience on a musical journey through my career as a singer, with a show of songs and sounds that explores and surprises.'

It's no understatement to call Daltrey iconic. As frontman of The Who he transformed himself into a pop's leading agent provocateur, before becoming a successful actor in the Ken Russell films Tommy (1975) and Lizstomania (1975).
The 'My Generation' singer has had a long solo career outside of The Who, releasing his first album Daltrey in 1973. Since then, both The Who and Daltrey have continued to have a prolific output. The Who's most recent album was WHO in 2019.
