808 State embark on UK tour this winter: tickets on sale now

Electronic pioneers will perform in Newcastle, London, Glasgow and more
Acid House masters 808 State will tour the UK this September, October and November. Tickets for the performances are available now.
The tour comes in support of the band's latest album Transmission Suite, their first new material since 2002's Outpost Transmission.
Speaking of the album, 808 State's Graham Massey says, 'We're trying to make a future for other people to immerse themselves in, that's always been a big part of 808 State: these kind of landscapes of futurism. Everything's going vertical, and certain parts of history are being buried. It's an interesting moment.'
Formed in Manchester, 808 State were one of the most important progenitors of 90s dance music, with songs like 'Pacific 202', 'Cubik' and 'In Yer Face' continuing to set dancefloors alight.
