Franz Ferdinand announce UK dates for greatest hits tour in 2022: how to get tickets

The band will play dates in London, Manchester and Glasgow

Franz Ferdinand have announced a trio of UK dates as part of their Hits To The Head greatest hits tour for spring 2022. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10am on Friday 12 November.

The shows come as Franz, whose drummer announced his departure from the band last week, unveil their career-spanning greatest hits collection Hits To The Head, set for release on Friday 11 March on Domino records.

The new album will consist of 20 hand-picked tracks from the 'Holiday' hitmaker's back catalogue, including new single 'Billy Goodbye', an oddball glam-inspired rock anthem that plays on the hooks Franz have used for 20 years.

Friday 1 April – Alexandra Palace, London
Monday 4 April – O2 Victoria Warehouse, Manchester
Tuesday 5 April – SSE Hydro, Glasgow

Tickets for Franz Ferdinand's Greatest Hits tour go on sale at 10am on Friday 12 November.
