Paul Weller confirms all-star London concert in celebration of Sir Peter Blake: how to get tickets

British musician Paul Weller has announced details of a star-studded concert in London in celebration of British pop artist Peter Blake's 90th birthday. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 21 October.
On Friday 2 December this year, some of the UK's finest music acts will take to the stage at the Royal Festival Hall in London to celebrate the 90th birthday of Sir Peter Blake. All proceeds from the event will be split between Teenage Cancer Trust and the Graeae Theatre Company.
The pop artist was responsible for the iconic artwork for the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club album as well as two album covers for The Who and the Live Aid concert poster.
Among those set to perform are Weller himself, Madness, Noel Gallagher, Roger Daltrey, Chrissie Hynde and Baxter Dury with BBC Radio 4's John Wilson compering. The Jam member took to Twitter to share the news, stating 'We're coming to celebrate this brilliant artist who has given us all so much for over 70 years! Thank you Peter!'
