Tickets for The National's 2023 UK tour dates go on sale at 10am today

The rockers will hit Leeds, Glasgow and London in support of upcoming album

American rock group The National have announced a trio of 2023 UK tour dates. Tickets go on sale at 10am today.

The 'I Need My Girl' outfit will hit the road on Saturday 23 September, performing at Leeds' First Direct Arena before heading to the OVO Hydro in Glasgow the following evening. The trio of shows will conclude at Alexandra Palace in London on Tuesday 26 September.

The group have also lined up a long list of shows throughout North America this summer in support of their upcoming ninth studio album The First Two Pages Of Frankenstein. The record is set to be released on Friday 28 April this year and includes collaborations with music icons such as Taylor Swift, Phoebe Bridgers and Sufjan Stevens.

The group previously worked with Taylor Swift on her track 'Coney Island' which features on the 2020 album Evermore. Earlier this month they released the first song from The First Two Pages Of Frankenstein called 'Tropic Morning News'.
