Tickets for Boygenius' headline UK shows go on sale at 10am today

The supergroup will headline venues in London and Halifax this summer with special guests Muna and Ethel Cain

Indie rock trio Boygenius have announced two headline shows in the UK this summer. Tickets go on sale at 10am today.

The supergroup, made up of Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus, will perform at Gunnersby Park in London on Sunday 20 August and The Piece Hall in Halifax on Tuesday 22 August with support from indie pop group Muna and singer-songwriter Ethel Cain.

The 'Me & My Dog' outfit have been announced as headliners for Edinburgh's Connect music festival at the Royal Highland Showgrounds alongside Fred Again…and Primal Scream. They'll also headline the Coachella music festival and Re:SET concert series in the states.

The group confirmed their return to the music scene earlier this year and revealed their second album The Record which will arrive on Friday 31 March. It follows their 2018 self-titled debut and includes songs such as 'Emily I'm Sorry', 'True Blue', and '$20'.
