Who'll be supporting Busted on tour?

Oklahoma pop rock trio Hanson will join Busted on the road for all tour dates from Saturday 9 September. The Grammy-nominated group have sold over 16 million records since their launch in the early 90's, with their best-loved hit being the 1997 track 'MMMBop'. Last summer they released their latest record Red Green Blue which includes three mini-albums, one written by each brother.

Two other pop trios, New Hope Club and The Tyne, have also been recruited to provide support throughout the tour (we're starting to sense a theme here…). While New Hope Club have been resting up after a headline tour of their own last summer and the release of their debut album in 2020, the arena shows will be great exposure for emerging punk rockers The Tyne.

What'll be on Busted's setlist?

Well, we can expect that the reunion and greatest hits tour will do exactly what it says on the tin. It'll showcase all of Busted's best-loved tracks from throughout their 20-year career which earned them two multi-platinum records and a legacy as one of the most iconic British rock bands to come from the early 2000's.

Concert-goers can expect to rock out to nostalgic hits such as their 2002 debut single 'What I Go To School For' and other hits from their first self-titled studio album such as 'Year 3000' and their very first number-one track 'You Said No'. It wouldn't be a greates hits tour without the most memorable tracks from their 2003 sophomore record A Present For Everyone, 'Air Hostess' and 'Crashed The Wedding'. The album came just before their split in 2004 and earned them two BRIT Awards.

What was Busted's last release?

Since their reunion in 2015, the group have released two studio albums. Night Driver came out in 2016, supported by a 13-date arena tour which sold out in one hour and their fourth and latest album Half Way There arrived in 2019.

They've also announced a new track 'Loser Kid' featuring Canadian rockers and 'I'm Just A Kid' icons Simple Plan. The release date for the song is yet to be announced but it's available to pre-save now.
