5 Seconds Of Summer

The 'Youngblood' group will headline arenas in Glasgow, Manchester and London in October

Australian pop rock band 5 Seconds Of Summer have announced dates for their 2023 UK tour. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 14 April.

The quartet - made up of Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford - will take over Glasgow's OVO Hydro on Tuesday 3 October before heading to the AO Arena in Manchester the following day and London's O2 Arena on Thursday 5 October.

The last time the group toured the UK was the Take My Hand World Tour which kicked off in spring last year, stopping at arenas in Dublin, Belfast, London, Cardiff, Liverpool, Plymouth, Birmingham, Glasgow and Leeds before heading to Europe and North America.

In September last year the band performed a one-night-only show at the Royal Albert Hall in London which showcased tracks from their latest album 5SOS5 which was released shortly after the performance.

They are set to release a live album recorded at the performance in London titled The Feeling Of Falling Upwards. The record will arrive on Friday 12 July and includes reimagined versions of their best-loved tracks accompanied by a 12-piece orchestra and 12-member gospel choir.

Following the 2020 record Calm, 5SOS5 is the fifth album to come from the award-winning pop rock stars since their 2014 self-titled debut and features the popular tracks 'Complete Mess', 'Bad Omens', 'Me Myself & I' and 'Blender'.
