Dexys confirm dates for huge 2023 UK tour in September: how to get tickets

The 'Come On Eileen' legends will headline venues in York, Liverpool, Manchester and more this autumn

English pop rock group Dexys have announced a run of 2023 UK tour dates throughout the UK this autumn. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 14 April.

The BRIT Award winners will kick off the 12-date trek on Tuesday 5 September at the Barbican in York before heading to the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool, Bridgewater Hall in Manchester and O2 City Hall in Newcastle.

Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall, St David's Hall in Cardiff and the Regent Theatre in Ipswich, Wolverhampton's Civic Hall, Cliffs Pavilion in Southend, London's Palladium and Forum in Bath are all scheduled for performances throughout September.

The tour comes in support of the group's forthcoming album The Feminine Divine which is set for release on Friday 28 July. It's their sixth studio album since their 1980 debut Searching For The Young Soul Rebels.

Dexys’ classic album ‘Too Rye Ay’ has been masterfully reworked and remixed by Kevin Rowland, Pete Schwier and original violinist Helen O’ Hara. To celebrate, the band are heading out on the road and visiting Glasgow Royal Concert Hall to perform the album in full, along with performances of other Dexys favourites.
