Thomas Skinner will play a gangster in a new movie

Former ‘The Apprentice’ star Thomas Skinner has been cast in a movie, Ray Burdis and Michael Head's 'Bermondsey Tales: Fall of the Roman Empire' with Adam Deacon, Maisie Smith and John Hannah

Thomas Skinner has been cast in a film.

The former 'Apprentice' star has swapped Lord Sugar’s boardroom to appear as the gangster and “absolute governor” Houdini in a new flick ‘Bermondsey Tales: Fall of the Roman Empire’ – which is written by Ray Burdis and directed by Michael Head – alongside John Hannah, Adam Deacon, and ex ‘EastEnders’ star Maisie Smith.

The 32-year-old star told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “My character Houdini is the absolute governor and hopefully, I do him justice. Bosh.”

Thomas – who appeared as an extra in Burdis and Head's recent movie, ‘Miss The Kiss’, that boasted a top billing of Patsy Kensit and Sadie Frost – was fired on the show by Lord Sugar in 2019.

He has gone on to sign a book deal with HarperCollins and become a breakout reality TV star, but last month revealed he is going to embark on a whole other adventure – being a parent to identical twin daughters.

On Instagram, Thomas shared the news that his wife Sinead was expecting identical twin girls, with footage from their pink gender reveal party complete with balloons and an ice cream van.

Alongside a series of photos of his son Henry, three, and his wife Sinead, he wrote in the caption: “Sineads baby shower. We’re having identical twins. Bosh [red heart emoji] (sic)"

Thomas first announced that his brood was growing by two back in February.

He wrote on the social media platform: “When 3 becomes 5!! I want to let everyone know that Sinéad I are expecting identical TWINS!!! Little Henry is gonna be a BIG Brother!! Hit the target twice lads!! BOSH [red heart emoji] DOUBLE BOSH' [red heart emoji, red heart emoji] (sic)"
