'80s rock band James announce summer UK performances next year celebrating their newest album launch

The Mancunian rock band are performing at London's O2 and more next year. Tickets are available at 9:30am on Friday 6 October.

James started in the '80s with their debut album Stutter and are now celebrating their seventeenth studio album Be Opened by the Wonderful which includes orchestral reworks that redefine several of the band's hits along the way.

Since their break-up through the '00s, James have made their reintroductions to lead guitarist Adrian Oxaal after Larry Gott's departure in 2015. Alt rock singer-songwriter Chloe Alper is the newest member to join James after her departure from Pure Reason Revolution and Tiny Giant.

The tour begins in Aberdeen and makes its way down through Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, and more, before arriving in London for a finale at the O2. Supporting the rock band are special guests Razorlight. Reformed before releasing their fourth album Olympus Sleeping, the indie rock band launched their greatest hits album Razorwhat? last year.
