LCD Soundsystem

Group will play two dates in Manchester, plus London's Alexandra Palace and Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom

LCD Soundsystem have revealed details of their fourth studio album, and UK tour dates, with tickets on sale from Wed 21 Jun at 9am.

The follow up to 2010's This Is Happening will be titled American Dream and will be released on Fri 1 Sep. The record includes the already released title track and 'Call The Police', as well as new cuts 'Emotional Haircut', 'Change Yr Mind' and 'Other Voices'.

James Murphy and band play Manchester's The Warehouse Project on Sat 16 and Sun 17 Sep, before heading north to play Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom on Tue 19 Sep. The run of shows concludes at London's Alexandra Palace on Fri 22 Sep.

After disbanding in the aftermath of This Is Happening and releasing the documentary Shut Up And Play The Hits, which followed that break-up and farewell concert, the news that Murphy had reformed the group has sent shockwaves through the world of music. The tour is one of the most anticipated in recent history. Don't miss it.
