Tears For Fears to tour UK in 2018, here's how to get tickets

Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith are back with a new album and a tour which is sure to thrill fans across the country

Tears For Fears have announced a UK tour for 2018, with tickets for the hotly anticipated shows, their first across the country since 2005, on general sale at 9am on Fri 3 Nov. Presale tickets are available from Ticketmaster at 9am on Thu 2 Nov.

Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith perform tonight at London's Royal Albert Hall. But in news that'll thrill fans across the country, they will play seven new dates in May 2018.

The duo kick off at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena on Thu 4 May, heading to Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool, London and Bournemouth, finishing at Brighton Centre on Fri 12 May.

Across an illustrious career, the group's most successful album is still 1985's Songs From The Big Chair, which included the tracks 'Shout', 'Head Over Heels' and 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World'.

Other hits include 'The Seeds Of Love', 'Woman In Chains' and 'Mad World'. The band are due to release a new album (their first since 2004's Everyone Loves A Happy Ending) sometime in 2018.
