Noel Gallagher tops the bill at The Downs
Oasis man joined by Paul Weller, Orbital and Nadine Shah for the festival
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will headline The Downs Festival this year in Bristol on Sat 1 Sep. Tickets for the event go on sale at 9am on Fri 2 Mar.
With the successful release of his third post-Oasis album, Who Built The Moon?, and it's memorable single 'Holy Mountain', the senior Gallagher is headlining several outdoor events this summer.
He'll top the bill at The Downs stage in Bristol, performing tracks from all three High Flying Birds albums, as well as the occasional Oasis classic.
Also performing is the modfather himself, Mr Paul Weller. The Jam and Style Council icon brings tracks from his illustrious musical career to the South West.
The Downs stage will also host sets from The Heavy, Khruangbin, Nadine Shah and Dream Wife. A second stage, The Avon, will be the setting for a live Orbital performance, with Goldie & The Ensemble and a Basement Jaxx DJ set to look forward to as well.
The Downs Festival takes place on Sat 1 Sep. Tickets for the event go on sale at 9am on Fri 2 Mar.
