The Alnwick Playhouse was built in 1925 as a cinema and music hall. Today it is a 200 seat theatre, cinema and gallery. In addition to the main stage, there is a workshop space. The town's library is on the ground floor.
It is the home of the NTC Touring Theatre Company, who own the building.
The theatre is adjacent to the BondGate Tower.
