The Saatchi Gallery, focused on contemporary art, was opened by Charles Saatchi in 1985 with the exhibition of works hew owned as its primary aim.
It has been at a number of locations but its home now is the Duke of York's HQ on the King's Road. It has an education gallery and classroom facilities to encourage children to visit.
Plans have been announced to gift the gallery and its collection to the public.
Artists who have been exhibited over the years include Cy Twombly, Andy Warhol. Anselm Kiefer, Richard Serra, Jeff Koons, Cindy Sherman, and many YBA's including Damien Hirst, Marc Quinn, Rachel Whiteread, Sarah Lucas and Jenny Saville.
